Do you have a live arrival guarantee?
Every one of our plants is backed by our Live Arrival Guarantee, covering plants in transit from our nursery to your home or collection point.
In the rare event that your plants do not survive the delay (are dead on arrival, slimy, melted or otherwise look unhealthy) please follow the instructions below to qualify for our Live Arrival Guarantee, which includes replacement or refund of the affected plants.
When your plants arrive, if any are in poor condition, please:
1. Photograph any damage to the external packaging,
2. Photograph any unhealthy looking plants inside their labelled bags,
3. Photograph any unhealthy looking plants taken out of their bags,
4. Email the images to us here at

We will assess the images within 2 business days, and for any plants that qualify, we will provide a replacement on our next shipment day.
